The client
Kalyan IVF & Test Tube Baby Centre, Gwalior. A fertility clinic running regular free IVF consultation camps to bring in patients who haven't taken the first step yet.
Ambivert has managed Google Ads here since October 2022, nearly four years of continuous campaign management.
The challenge
- A price-sensitive, awareness-driven category. Patients need to be told IVF is possible for them before they'll even search for a clinic.
- Geographic spread. Gwalior city plus feeder towns like Jhansi, each needing tailored ad copy.
- Camp-based lead flow. Free consultation camps run on fixed dates, so ad spend has to spike and taper around them instead of running flat all year.
- Blended reporting. IVF campaigns shared an account with the hospital's other departments (Neuro, Cardio, Piles), and without careful filtering IVF performance was getting diluted by unrelated campaigns.
What Ambivert did
- Ran hyperlocal Search campaigns. Separate ad groups for Gwalior and near-Jhansi audiences, each with its own headlines.
- Built camp-specific ad copy. "Free IVF Camp", "Book Appoint" and "50% Discount on IVF", timed to real camp dates, not evergreen filler.
- Led with trust signals. 8000+ IVF babies, 900+ ICSI births a year and a named specialist (Dr. Bhavna Sharma), all pulled into the ad copy for credibility.
- Kept cost per click low. ₹3.92 average CPC on IVF campaigns specifically, well below the ₹5.14 blended account average.
- Tracked every conversion type. Calls, appointment forms and WhatsApp clicks are all wired in separately, so lead quality is visible, not just lead volume.
The results
Figures are filtered to IVF-named campaigns. They exclude the hospital's non-IVF camp campaigns (Neuro, Cardio, Piles, Kidney Stone, Gallbladder) that run through the same account, so this is the IVF service line on its own.
- 2,210
- tracked conversions from IVF campaigns specifically, at ₹659 average cost per conversion.
- 419
- direct "Book Appointment" form submissions, the highest-intent and easiest-to-verify lead type.
- 373
- WhatsApp enquiries from IVF campaigns specifically.
- ₹3.92
- average CPC on IVF campaigns, 24% lower than the ₹5.14 blended account-wide average.
- ₹14.57L
- total IVF ad spend across about four years, on 3.72L clicks and 1.41Cr impressions.
